§ 53H-3-1202 — Technical colleges service areas.

The technical colleges described in Subsection 53H-1-102(1)(b) serve the geographic areas encompassing the following school districts:
(1) for Bridgerland Technical College:
(1)(a) the Box Elder School District;
(1)(b) the Cache School District;
(1)(c) the Logan School District; and
(1)(d) the Rich School District;
(2) for Ogden-Weber Technical College:
(2)(a) the Ogden City School District; and
(2)(b) the Weber School District;
(3) for Davis Technical College:
(3)(a) the Davis School District; and
(3)(b) the Morgan School District;
(4) for Tooele Technical College, the Tooele County School District;
(5) for Mountainland Technical College:
(5)(a) the Alpine School District and each new school district resulting from the division of Alpine School District;
(5)(b) the Nebo School District;
(5)(c) the Provo School District;
(5)(d) the South Summit School District;
(5)(e) the North Summit School District;
(5)(f) the Wasatch School District; and
(5)(g) the Park City School District;
(6) for Uintah Basin Technical College:
(6)(a) the Daggett School District;
(6)(b) the Duchesne School District; and
(6)(c) the Uintah School District;
(7) for Southwest Technical College:
(7)(a) the Beaver School District;
(7)(b) the Garfield School District;
(7)(c) the Iron School District; and
(7)(d) the Kane School District; and
(8) for Dixie Technical College, the Washington School District.
