§ 53H-15-305 — Reporting.

(1)The center shall report to the Education Interim Committee and Business and Labor Interim Committee:

(1)(a) before July 1 of each year regarding the center's:

(1)(a)(i) research and services priorities for the year;

(1)(a)(ii) completed research from the previous year; and

(1)(a)(iii) activities and accomplishments in the previous year; and

(1)(b) before December 1 of each year, the center's ongoing data research and services priority list described in Subsection 53H-15-303(2).

(2)The Education Interim Committee shall provide the center ongoing input regarding the center's activities and data research priorities.
