§ 53H-15-203 — Utah Data Research Advisory Board -- Composition -- Appointment.

Utah·Title 53H Higher Education·Ch. 53H-15 Utah Data Research Center·Part 53H-15-2 Council Duties

(1)There is created the Utah Data Research Advisory Board.

(2)The advisory board is composed of the following members:

(2)(a) the state superintendent of the State Board of Education or the state superintendent's designee;

(2)(b) the commissioner or the commissioner's designee;

(2)(c) the executive director of the Department of Workforce Services or the executive director's designee;

(2)(d) the executive director of the Department of Health and Human Services or the executive director's designee; and

(2)(e) the executive director of the Department of Commerce or the executive director's designee.

(3)The commissioner or the commissioner's designee shall serve as chair.

(4)A member of the advisory board:

(4)(b) may receive per diem and travel expenses in accordance with:
(4)(b)(i) Section 63A-3-106;
(4)(b)(ii) Section 63A-3-107; and
(4)(b)(iii) rules made by the Division of Finance under Sections 63A-3-106 and 63A-3-107.
