Text
(1)There is created the Student Prosperity Savings Program.
(2)The program is funded by:
(2)(a) appropriations from the Legislature; and
(2)(b) donations made in accordance with Section 53H-10-303.
(3)(3)(a) The plan shall administer the program.
(3)(b) The plan shall use the program to create 529 savings accounts in accordance with this part.
