§ 53H-1-404 — Oaths of office.
Utah·Title 53H Higher Education·Ch. 53H-1 System of Higher Education·Part 53H-1-4 Reports and Oaths of Office.
Notwithstanding Section 52-1-2, except as otherwise provided in this title, an individual whom one of the following appoints or employs is not required to take an official oath of office:
(1)the board;
(2)the commissioner;
(3)an institution;
(4)an institution board of trustees; or
(5)the president of an institution.
