§ 53G-9-901 — Definitions.

As used in this part:

(1)"Authorized personnel" means an individual:
(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) who holds a license:
(1)(a)(i)(A) as a school psychologist, as defined in Section 53F-5-218;
(1)(a)(i)(B) as a school social worker, as defined in Section 53F-5-218;
(1)(a)(i)(C) under Title 58, Chapter 61, Psychologist Licensing Act;
(1)(a)(i)(D) under Title 58, Chapter 60, Part 2, Social Worker Licensing Act;
(1)(a)(i)(E) under Title 58, Chapter 60, Part 3, Marriage and Family Therapist Licensing Act; or
(1)(a)(i)(F) under Title 58, Chapter 60, Part 4, Clinical Mental Health Counselor Licensing Act; or
(1)(a)(ii) whom an individual described in Subsection (1)(a)(i) supervises, to the extent the individual's actions fall within the scope of the supervision; and
(1)(b) whom an LEA or school employs, enga
