§ 53G-8-201 — Definitions.

As used in this part:
(1)(1)(a) "Sexual crime" or "sexual misconduct" means any conduct described in:
(1)(a)(i) Title 76, Chapter 5, Part 4, Sexual Offenses;
(1)(a)(ii) Title 76, Chapter 5b, Sexual Exploitation Act; or
(1)(a)(iii) Section 76-7-102, incest.
(1)(b) "Sexual crime" or "sexual misconduct" does not include conduct described in:
(1)(b)(i) Section 76-5-417, enticing a minor;
(1)(b)(ii) Section 76-5-420, lewdness involving a child; or
(1)(b)(iii) Section 76-5b-206, failure to report child sexual abuse material by a computer technician.
(2)"Serious offense" means the same as that term is defined in Section 80-6-103.
