§ 53G-6-1003 — School Activity Eligibility Commission -- Baseline range.

Utah·Title 53G Public Education System -- Local Administration·Ch. 53G-6 Participation in Public Schools·Part 53G-6-10 Student Eligibility in Interscholastic Activities
(1)There is created the School Activity Eligibility Commission.
(2)(2)(a) The commission shall consist of the following members:
(2)(a)(i) the following two members whom the president of the Senate appoints:
(2)(a)(i)(A) a mental health professional; and
(2)(a)(i)(B) a statistician with expertise in the analysis of medical data;
(2)(a)(ii) the following two members whom the speaker of the House of Representatives appoints:
(2)(a)(ii)(A) a physician with expertise in gender identity healthcare, including an endocrinologist, a family medicine physician, or a pediatrician; and
(2)(a)(ii)(B) a sports physiologist, an exercise physiologist, a sports medicine physician, a pediatrician with experience in youth sports, or an orthopedist or orthopedic surgeon;
(2)(a)(iii) the following two member
