Text

(1)The State Charter School Board may:
(1)(a) enter into contracts;
(1)(b) sue and be sued; and
(1)(c) (1)(c)(i) at the discretion of the charter school, provide administrative services to, or perform other school functions for, charter schools authorized by the State Charter School Board; and
(1)(c)(ii) charge fees for the provision of services or functions.
(2)The state board shall:
(2)(a) approve the State Charter School Board's annual budget; and
(2)(b) otherwise grant autonomy to the State Charter School Board to manage the State Charter School Board's budget.
(3)The State Charter School Board shall assign an existing employee to be the charter liaison described in Section 53G-8-802.
(4)The charter school liaison described in Section 53G-8-802 shall coordinate with a safety liaiso
