§ 53G-3-102 — Definitions.

As used in this chapter:

(1)"Allocation date" means:
(1)(a) July 1 of the second calendar year following the local school board election date as described in Section 53G-3-302; or
(1)(b) another date to which the new local school board and reorganized school board agree.
(2)"Creation date" means the date on which voters approve the creation of a new school district under Section 53G-3-301.1, 53G-3-301.3, or 53G-3-301.4.
(3)"Divided school district" means:
(3)(a) an existing school district from which a new school district is created under Section 53G-3-301.1, 53G-3-301.3, or 53G-3-301.4; and
(3)(b) an existing school district from which a reorganized new school district is created.
(4)"Feasibility study" means a study:
(4)(a) that one of the following conducts:
