§ 53G-10-701 — Definitions.
Utah·Title 53G Public Education System -- Local Administration·Ch. 53G-10 Curriculum Participation and Requirements·Part 53G-10-7 Family Outreach Program
As used in this section:
(1)"Family outreach liaison" means a family outreach liaison appointed in accordance with Section 53G-10-703.
(2)"School" means a public elementary or secondary school, including a charter school.
