§ 53F-6-417 — Appeals process for denied reimbursements.
Utah·Title 53F Public Education System -- Funding·Ch. 53F-6 State Funding -- Programs Administered by Other Agencies·Part 53F-6-4 Utah Fits All Scholarship Program
In accordance with required program administration the program manager shall:
(1)follow an appeals process for when a student's eligibility is suspended or disqualified under Section 53F-6-405; and
(2)establish the process and procedures for the appeals process described in this section.
