(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Adaptive tests" means tests administered during the school year using an online adaptive test system.
(1)(b) "Core standards for Utah public schools" means the standards established by the state board as described in Section 53E-4-202.
(1)(c) "Statewide assessment" means the same as that term is defined in Section 53E-4-301.
(1)(d) "Summative tests" means tests administered near the end of a course to assess overall achievement of course goals.
(1)(e) "Uniform online summative test system" means a single system for the online delivery of summative tests required as statewide assessments that:
(1)(e)(i) is coordinated by the state board;
(1)(e)(ii) ensures the reliability and security of statewide assessments; and
(1)(e)(iii) is selected through collabo
