§ 53F-2-405 — Educator salary adjustments.

Utah·Title 53F Public Education System -- Funding·Ch. 53F-2 State Funding -- Minimum School Program·Part 53F-2-4 Related to Basic Program -- Formula Programs
(1)As used in this section, "educator" means a person employed by a school district, charter school, regional education service agency, or the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind who holds:
(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) a license issued by the state board; and
(1)(a)(ii) a position as a:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) classroom teacher;
(1)(a)(ii)(B) speech pathologist;
(1)(a)(ii)(C) librarian or media specialist;
(1)(a)(ii)(D) preschool teacher;
(1)(a)(ii)(E) mentor teacher;
(1)(a)(ii)(F) teacher specialist or teacher leader;
(1)(a)(ii)(G) guidance counselor;
(1)(a)(ii)(H) audiologist;
(1)(a)(ii)(I) psychologist; or
(1)(a)(ii)(J) social worker; or
(1)(b) (1)(b)(i) a license issued by the Division of Professional Licensing; and
(1)(b)(ii) a position as a social worker.
