Text

(1)As used in this section, "no agent agency" means a licensed agency that has only one agent and for which the agent is incapacitated or dies.
(2)(2)(a) Subject to the provisions of this chapter, a licensee may conduct an investigative business under a name other than the licensee's by:
(2)(a)(i) complying with the requirements of Title 42, Chapter 2, Conducting Business Under Assumed Name; and
(2)(a)(ii) providing a copy of the filed certificate to the commissioner.
(2)(b) Failure to comply with Subsection (2)(a) shall result in the suspension of the license.
(3)(3)(a) Each licensee shall have at least one physical location from which the agency conducts normal business.
(3)(b) The address of this location shall be on file with the commissioner at all times and is not a public record
