Text

(1)The bureau shall set fees for individual and agency licensure and renewal in accordance with Section 63J-1-504.
(2)(2)(a) The bureau may renew a license granted under this chapter upon receipt of:
(2)(a)(i) a renewal application on forms as required by the bureau; and
(2)(a)(ii) the fees required by Subsection (1).
(2)(b) (2)(b)(i) The renewal of a license requires the filing of:
(2)(b)(i)(A) all certificates of insurance or proof of surety bond as required by this chapter; and
(2)(b)(i)(B) beginning May 7, 2027, documentation of 16 hours of continuing education.
(2)(b)(ii) The bureau may not renew a license more than 180 days after expiration.
