§ 53-7-410 — Preemption.
Utah·Title 53 Public Safety Code·Ch. 53-7 Utah Fire Prevention and Safety Act·Part 53-7-4 The Reduced Cigarette Ignition Propensity and Firefighter Protection Act
This part shall be repealed if a federal reduced cigarette ignition propensity standard that preempts this part is adopted and becomes effective.
