(1)(1)(a) Except as provided in Subsection (1)(b), if an individual, after applying for or receiving a license, moves from the address named in the application or in the license certificate issued to the individual, the individual shall, within 10 days after the day on which the individual moves, notify the division in a manner specified by the division of the individual's new address and the number of any license certificate held by the individual.
(1)(b) If an individual who is required to register as a sex offender, kidnap offender, or child abuse offender under Title 53, Chapter 29, Sex, Kidnap, and Child Abuse Offender Registry, after applying for or receiving a license, moves from the address named in the application or in the license certificate issued to the individual, the indivi
