Text

The division shall:

(1)in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, make rules:
(1)(a) for examining applicants for a license, as necessary for the safety and welfare of the traveling public;
(1)(b) for acceptable documentation of an applicant's identity, Social Security number, Utah resident status, Utah residence address, proof of legal presence, proof of citizenship in the United States, honorable or general discharge from the United States military, and other proof or documentation required under this chapter;
(1)(c) for acceptable documentation to verify that an individual is in the state's legal custody as verified by the Division of Child and Family Services within the Department of Health and Human Services, for purposes of residency and address ver
