§ 53-3-1004 — Ignition interlock system provider license -- Contents of rules.

Utah·Title 53 Public Safety Code·Ch. 53-3 Uniform Driver License Act·Part 53-3-10 Ignition Interlock System Program Act

In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the commissioner shall make rules regarding the requirements for:

(1)an ignition interlock system provider license, including requirements concerning:
(1)(a) locations;
(1)(b) equipment;
(1)(c) installers;
(1)(d) previous records of the provider and installers;
(1)(e) financial statements;
(1)(f) schedule of fees and charges;
(1)(g) character and reputation of the providers and installers;
(1)(h) insurance as the commissioner determines necessary to protect the interests of the public; and
(1)(i) other provisions the commissioner may prescribe for the protection of the public;
(2)an installer's license, including requirements concerning:

(2)(b) knowledge of the procedures for installati
