Text
(1)The bureau may refuse to issue a license or renewal, or revoke, suspend, restrict, or place on probation an individual's license or endorsement if:
(1)(a) the individual does not meet the qualifications for licensure under Section 53-2d-402;
(1)(b) the individual has engaged in conduct that:
(1)(b)(i) is unprofessional;
(1)(b)(ii) is adverse to the public health, safety, morals, or welfare; or
(1)(b)(iii) would adversely affect public trust in the emergency medical service system;
(1)(c) the individual has violated Section 53-2d-602 or other provision of this chapter;
(1)(d) the individual has violated Section 58-1-509;
(1)(e) a court of competent jurisdiction has determined the individual to be mentally incompetent for any reason; or
(1)(f) the individual is unable to provide emergenc
