(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Direct supervision" means a medical director or other physician is present and available for face-to-face communication with an emergency medical service employee being supervised by the medical director or other physician at the time and place any non-911 emergency medical services authorized by the medical director or other physician are being provided by the emergency medical service employee.
(1)(b) "Emergency medical service employee" means a following individual licensed under this chapter:
(1)(b)(i) a paramedic;
(1)(b)(ii) an advanced emergency medical services technician;
(1)(b)(iii) emergency medical services technician; or
(1)(b)(iv) an emergency medical responder.
(1)(c) "Indirect supervision" means a medical director or other physician, lice
