Text

(1)The bureau may charge fees, established in accordance with Section 63J-1-504:
(1)(a) for the use of bureau-owned training equipment;
(1)(b) to administer tests and conduct quality assurance reviews; and
(1)(c) to process an application for a designation, permit, or license.
(2)(2)(a) Fees collected under Subsections (1)(a) and (b) shall be separate dedicated credits.
(2)(b) Fees under Subsection (1)(a) may be used to purchase training equipment.
(2)(c) Fees under Subsection (1)(b) may be used to administer tests and conduct quality assurance reviews.
