Text
(1)There is created the Public Health and Economic Emergency Commission consisting of the following members:
(1)(a) the executive director of the Department of Health, or the executive director's designee;
(1)(b) four individuals, appointed by the governor, including:
(1)(b)(i) the chief executive of a for profit health care organization that operates at least one hospital in the state;
(1)(b)(ii) the chief executive of a not-for-profit health care organization that operates at least one hospital in the state; and
(1)(b)(iii) two other individuals;
(1)(c) two individuals appointed by the president of the Senate;
(1)(d) two individuals appointed by the speaker of the House of Representatives; and
(1)(e) one individual appointed by the chief executive officer of the Utah Association of Cou
