§ 53-2a-1403 — Emergency operations plan.

(1)Each county shall create and maintain an emergency operations plan.
(2)Each city and town shall:
(2)(a) create and maintain an emergency operations plan; or
(2)(b) adopt the emergency operations plan created by the county in which the city or town is located.
