§ 53-29-306 — Sex offender restrictions.

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Condominium project" means the same as that term is defined in Section 57-8-3.
(1)(b) "Minor" means an individual who is younger than 18 years old.
(1)(c) (1)(c)(i) "Protected area" means the premises occupied by:
(1)(c)(i)(A) a licensed day care or preschool facility;
(1)(c)(i)(B) a public swimming pool or a swimming pool maintained, operated, or owned by a homeowners' association, condominium project, or apartment complex;
(1)(c)(i)(C) a public or private primary or secondary school that is not on the grounds of a correctional facility;
(1)(c)(i)(D) a community park that is open to the public or a park maintained, operated, or owned by a homeowners' association, condominium project, or apartment complex;
(1)(c)(i)(E) a public playground or a playgroun
