Text
(1)The department shall establish a program in accordance with this chapter to:
(1)(a) identify when an individual's place of last drink is a retail licensee; and
(1)(b) efficiently share information with alcohol-related law enforcement officers about each retail licensee that is an individual's place of last drink for the purpose of allowing the alcohol-related law enforcement officers to investigate a possible violation of Section 32B-5-306.
(2)In developing the program described in this section, the department shall coordinate with and take input from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services created in Section 32B-2-203.
