Text

(1)Every magistrate or clerk of a court responsible for court records in this state shall, within 30 days after the day of the disposition and on forms and in the manner provided by the division, furnish the division with information pertaining to:
(1)(a) all dispositions of criminal matters, including:
(1)(a)(i) guilty pleas;
(1)(a)(ii) convictions;
(1)(a)(iii) dismissals;
(1)(a)(iv) acquittals;
(1)(a)(v) pleas in abeyance;
(1)(a)(vi) judgments of not guilty by reason of insanity;
(1)(a)(vii) judgments of guilty with a mental condition;
(1)(a)(viii) finding of mental incompetence to stand trial; and
(1)(a)(ix) probations granted;
(1)(b) orders of civil commitment under the terms of Section 26B-5-332;
(1)(c) the issuance, recall, cancellation, or modification of all warrants of arrest or
