Text

(1)As used in this section, "domestic relations order benefits" means:
(1)(a) an allowance;
(1)(b) a defined contribution account established under:
(1)(b)(i) Part 8, Defined Contribution Plans;
(1)(b)(ii) Chapter 22, New Public Employees' Tier II Contributory Retirement Act; or
(1)(b)(iii) Chapter 23, New Public Safety and Firefighter Tier II Contributory Retirement Act;
(1)(c) a continuing monthly death benefit established under:
(1)(c)(i) Chapter 14, Part 5, Death Benefit;
(1)(c)(ii) Chapter 15, Part 5, Death Benefit;
(1)(c)(iii) Chapter 16, Part 5, Death Benefit;
(1)(c)(iv) Chapter 17, Part 5, Death Benefit;
(1)(c)(v) Chapter 18, Part 5, Death Benefit; or
(1)(c)(vi) Chapter 19, Part 5, Death Benefit;
(1)(d) a lump sum death benefit provided under:
(1)(d)(i) Chapter 12, Part 5, Death
