§ 48-5-303 — Proxies.
Utah·Title 48 Unincorporated Business Entity Act·Ch. 48-5 Decentralized Autonomous Organization Act·Part 48-5-3 Members
(1)A member may be represented by a proxy.
(2)The by-laws of a decentralized autonomous organization may establish the requirements for representation by proxy.
(3)A proxy may exercise all rights of a member.
