§ 48-3a-302 — Statement of authority.

Utah·Title 48 Unincorporated Business Entity Act·Ch. 48-3a Utah Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act·Part 48-3a-3 Relations of Members and Managers to Persons Dealing with Limited Liability Company
(1)A limited liability company may deliver to the division for filing a statement of authority. The statement:
(1)(a) must include the name of the limited liability company and the street and mailing addresses of its registered agent;
(1)(b) with respect to any position that exists in or with respect to the limited liability company, may state the authority, or limitations on the authority, of all persons holding the position to:
(1)(b)(i) execute an instrument transferring real property held in the name of the limited liability company; or
(1)(b)(ii) enter into other transactions on behalf of, or otherwise act for or bind, the limited liability company; and
(1)(c) may state the authority, or limitations on the authority, of a specific person to:
(1)(c)(i) execute an instrument transfer
