§ 40-13-103 — Lands subject to chapter.

Utah·Title 40 Mines and Mining·Ch. 40-13 Brine Conservation Act·Part 40-13-1 General Provisions

This chapter applies to all lands in the state lawfully subject to the state's police power and, to the extent allowed by law, includes lands and appurtenances of the United States or the lands or appurtenances subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
