§ 4-7-204 — Suspension of license -- Opportunity for hearing.
Utah·Title 4 Utah Agricultural Code·Ch. 4-7 Livestock Dealers' Act·Part 4-7-2 Enforcement, Penalties, and Prohibitions
(1)The department may suspend a license immediately if:
(1)(a) an emergency exists that presents a clear and present danger to the public health;
(1)(b) an inspection or sampling is refused; or
(1)(c) the licensee's bond has been revoked or cancelled.
(2)The department shall immediately notify the person of the suspension in writing and provide an opportunity for hearing without delay.
