§ 4-41a-802 — Report.

(1)At or before the November interim meeting each year, the department shall report to the Health and Human Services Interim Committee on:

(1)(a) the number of applications and renewal applications that the department receives under this chapter;

(1)(b) the number of each type of license that the department issues in each county;

(1)(c) the amount of cannabis that licensees grow;

(1)(d) the amount of cannabis that licensees manufacture into cannabis products;

(1)(e) the number of licenses the department revokes under this chapter;

(1)(f) the department's operation of an independent cannabis testing laboratory under Section 4-41a-201, including:

(1)(f)(i) the cannabis and cannabis products the department tested; and

(1)(f)(ii) the results of the tests the department performed;

(1)(b) the number of each type of license that the department issues in each county;
(1)(c) the amount of cannabis that licensees grow;
(1)(d) the amount of cannabis that licensees manufacture into cannabis products;
(1)(e) the number of licenses the department revokes under this chapter;
(1)(f) the department's operation of an independent cannabis testing laboratory under Section 4-41a-201, including:
(1)(f)(i) the cannabis and cannabis products the department tested; and
(1)(f)(ii) the results of the tests the department performed;
(1)(g) the expenses incurred and revenues generated under this chapter;
(1)(h) the total quantity of medical cannabis shipments;
(1)(i) the number of overall purchases of medical cannabis from each medical cannabis pharmacy; and
(1)(j) an analysis of product availability in medical cannabis pharmacies in consultation with the Department of Health and Human Services.
(2) The department may not include personally identifying information in the report described in this section.
(3) The department shall report to the working group described in Section 36-12-8.2 as requested by the working group.
(4) (4)(a) Before August 1, of each year, the department shall provide a report to the working group described in Section 36-12-8.2 that provides the following for each fine issued by the department under this chapter:
(4)(a)(i) the date of the fine;
(4)(a)(ii) the reference to the statute or rule that was violated for each fine issued; and
(4)(a)(iii) a short description explaining why the fine was issued.
(4)(b) The report described in Subsection (4)(a) may not include identifying information of the person that was subject to the fine.
