Text
(1)A cannabis cultivation facility shall ensure that any cannabis growing at the cannabis cultivation facility is not visible from the ground level of the cannabis cultivation facility perimeter.
(2)A cannabis cultivation facility shall use a unique identifier that is connected to the facility's inventory control system to identify:
(2)(a) beginning at the time a cannabis plant is eight inches tall and has a root ball, each cannabis plant;
(2)(b) each unique harvest of cannabis plants;
(2)(c) each batch of cannabis the facility transfers to a medical cannabis pharmacy, a cannabis processing facility, or an independent cannabis testing laboratory; and
(2)(d) any excess, contaminated, or deteriorated cannabis of which the cannabis cultivation facility disposes.
