Text
(1)For a newly identified cannabinoid, the department may:
(1)(a) establish a maximum allowable concentration that a cannabinoid product may contain of the newly identified cannabinoid;
(1)(b) prohibit the newly identified cannabinoid from appearing in a cannabinoid product; or
(1)(c) modify the maximum allowable concentration described in Subsection (1)(a) as necessary if it would not create a threat to public health.
(2)In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the department shall make rules to implement Subsection (1).
