Text

(1)(1)(a) The department shall make rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act:
(1)(a)(i) to determine standards for a registered cannabinoid product, including standards for:
(1)(a)(i)(A) testing to ensure the product is safe for human consumption; and
(1)(a)(i)(B) accurate labeling;
(1)(a)(ii) governing an entity that manufactures cannabinoid products, including standards for health and safety;
(1)(a)(iii) to determine when and how a cannabinoid processor's cannabinoid must be tested by the department at the expense of the cannabinoid processor;
(1)(a)(iv) regarding what constitutes:
(1)(a)(iv)(A) a conventional food or beverage; and
(1)(a)(iv)(B) a product that is marketed or manufactured to be enticing to children;
(1)(a)(v) regarding any other i
