Text

(1)In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, and this part, the department shall make rules regarding:
(1)(a) antemortem inspection, in accordance with 9 C.F.R. Sec. 352.10;
(1)(b) postmortem inspection of the domesticated game carcass to ensure the domesticated game carcass is clean and wholesome, including inspection of the kidneys and abdominal and thoracic viscera;
(1)(c) slaughter area and facilities requirements;
(1)(d) personal cleanliness of individuals involved in domesticated game slaughter;
(1)(e) skinning, hoisting, bleeding, and evisceration of domesticated game;
(1)(f) chronic wasting disease testing requirements, surveillance, investigation, and follow-up, in accordance with department rule;
