Text
(1)Domesticated game intended for sale to an end consumer does not require an antemortem inspection.
(2)Domesticated game intended for sale to an end consumer shall:
(2)(a) receive a postmortem inspection; or
(2)(b) in accordance with department rule, prior to sale, be labeled that the purchased product is not certified, licensed, regulated, or inspected by the state.
