§ 4-24-309 — Livestock emergency.

Utah·Title 4 Utah Agricultural Code·Ch. 4-24 Utah Livestock Brand and Anti-Theft Act·Part 4-24-3 Inspections
(1)As used in this section, "livestock emergency" means:
(1)(a) the presence of a contagious, infectious, or transmissible disease risk to livestock; or
(1)(b) a natural disaster which may affect livestock.
(2)During a livestock emergency, the department may require a person transporting livestock to present the livestock for brand inspection.
