§ 4-20-105 — Rangeland Improvement Account -- Administered by department.

Utah·Title 4 Utah Agricultural Code·Ch. 4-20 Rangeland Improvement Act
(1)(1)(a) There is created a restricted account within the General Fund known as the "Rangeland Improvement Account."
(1)(b) The restricted account shall consist of:
(1)(b)(i) money received by the state from the United States Secretary of Interior under the Taylor Grazing Act, 43 U.S.C. Section 315 et seq., for sales, leases, and fees;
(1)(b)(ii) grants or appropriations from the state or federal government; and
(1)(b)(iii) grants from private foundations.
(1)(c) Interest earned on the restricted account shall be deposited into the General Fund.
(2)The department shall:
(2)(a) administer the restricted account;
(2)(b) obtain from the United States Department of Interior the receipts collected from:
(2)(b)(i) fees in each grazing district; and
(2)(b)(ii) the receipts collected from the
