Text

(1)Before performing their respective duties, an oath or affirmation to perform all duties faithfully shall be administered to:
(1)(a) military judges;
(1)(b) interpreters;
(1)(c) members of the court;
(1)(d) the trial counsel;
(1)(e) the assistant trial counsel;
(1)(f) the defense counsel;
(1)(g) the assistant defense counsel; and
(1)(h) court reporters.
(2)(2)(a) The governor shall prescribe by regulation:
(2)(a)(i) the oath or affirmation;
(2)(a)(ii) the time and place of taking the oath or affirmation;
(2)(a)(iii) the manner of recording the taking; and
(2)(a)(iv) whether the oath is to be taken for all cases in which these duties are to be performed or for a specific case.
