Text
(1)The Office of Homeless Services is under the direction of the state homelessness coordinator appointed under Section 63J-4-202.
(2)The coordinator shall serve as:
(2)(a) an advisor to the governor on homelessness issues; and
(2)(b) subject to Subsection (3), the chief administrative officer of the Office of Homeless Services created in Section 35A-1-202.
(3)The executive director has administrative oversight over the office.
