(1)This part is known as "Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing."
(2)For the purposes of this part:
(2)(a) "Assistant director" means the assistant director of the division.
(2)(b) "Division" means the program called the Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing created in Section 35A-13-502.
