(1)This part is known as "Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired."
(2)For the purposes of this part:
(2)(a) "Assistant director" means the assistant director of the division.
(2)(b) "Division" means the program called the Division of Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired created in Section 35A-13-402.
