Utah Code Ann. § 35A-1-206 (2026).

Text

(1)There is created within the department the State Workforce Development Board in accordance with the provisions of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, 29 U.S.C. Sec. 3101 et seq.
(2)The board shall consist of the following members:
(2)(a) the governor or the governor's designee;
(2)(b) the executive director or the executive director's designee;
(2)(c) the executive director of the Department of Health and Human Services or the executive director's designee;
(2)(d) the director of the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation or the director's designee;
(2)(e) the state superintendent of public instruction or the superintendent's designee;
(2)(f) the commissioner of higher education or the commissioner's designee;
(2)(g) the executive director of the Governor's Office of Economic
