Text

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Acceptable security" means one or more of the following:
(1)(a)(i) cash;
(1)(a)(ii) a surety bond issued:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) by a person acceptable to the division; and
(1)(a)(ii)(B) in a form approved by the division;
(1)(a)(iii) an irrevocable letter of credit issued:
(1)(a)(iii)(A) by a depository institution acceptable to the division; and
(1)(a)(iii)(B) in a form approved by the division;
(1)(a)(iv) a United States Treasury Bill;
(1)(a)(v) a deposit in a depository institution that:
(1)(a)(v)(A) has an office located in Utah; and
(1)(a)(v)(B) is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; or
(1)(a)(vi) a certificate of deposit in a depository institution that:
(1)(a)(vi)(A) has an office located in Utah; and
(1)(a)(vi)(B) is insured by th
