Text

(1)A person who knowingly violates this chapter or files materially false information with a registration application or renewal under this chapter is:
(1)(a) guilty of a class B misdemeanor; and
(1)(b) subject to revocation of the person's registration under this chapter.
(2)Subject to Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act, if the department determines that a person is engaging in the business of being a continuing care provider in violation of this chapter, the department may:
(2)(a) suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew the person's registration under this chapter;
(2)(b) issue a cease and desist order from committing any further violation;
(2)(c) prohibit the person from continuing to engage in the business of being a continuing care provider;
(2)(d) impose an administr
