(1)(1)(a) Each domestic, foreign, and alien insurer who is authorized to transact insurance business in this state shall annually file with the NAIC a copy of the insurer's:
(1)(a)(i) annual statement convention blank on or before March 1;
(1)(a)(ii) market conduct annual statements on or before the applicable date determined by the NAIC; and
(1)(a)(iii) any additional filings required by the commissioner for the preceding year.
(1)(b) (1)(b)(i) The information filed with the NAIC under Subsection (1)(a)(i) shall:
(1)(b)(i)(A) be prepared in accordance with the NAIC's:
(1)(b)(i)(A)(I) annual statement instructions; and
(1)(b)(i)(A)(II) Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual; and
(1)(b)(i)(B) include:
(1)(b)(i)(B)(I) the signed jurat page; and
(1)(b)(i)(B)(II) the actuarial certificati
