§ 31A-27a-501 — Turnover of assets.

(1)(1)(a) If the receiver determines that funds or property in the possession of another person are rightfully the property of the estate, the receiver shall deliver to the person a written demand for immediate delivery of the funds or property:
(1)(a)(i) referencing this section by number;
(1)(a)(ii) referencing the court and docket number of the receivership action; and
(1)(a)(iii) notifying the person that any claim of right to the funds or property by the person shall be presented to the receivership court within 20 days of the day on which the person receives the written demand.
(1)(b) (1)(b)(i) A person who holds funds or other property belonging to an entity subject to an order of receivership under this chapter shall deliver the funds or other property to the receiver on demand. (
